We pride ourselves on tailoring each photography session to the personality and characteristics of our clients, making every photo session unique.

Your Initial Consultation

In your initial consultation, we’ll establish your goals for the shoot, and look to organise a suitable date and time for your portrait. Each portrait session is individually customised to truly capture the essence of you and your family. You may already have a feel for what you prefer — we’re here to provide as much guidance as you need.

We will listen to you and discuss:

Your Family Dynamic — so we understand who you all are as individuals.

Photography Options — to understand your personal preferences, likes and dislikes, in order to suggest a style which matches your home furnishings.
Product Options — we’ll outline our wide range of portrait options, including framed prints, premier wall art options, canvases, albums, and collection sets. Knowing what you’re looking for helps us to deliver a range of shots you’ll love.
Preparing for your session — we’ll tell you what to expect on the day, advise on clothing, and confirm with you what you’ll be doing.

Prior to the Portrait Session

We’ll send you an email reminder 2-3 days prior to your portrait session outlining important details such as where we’ll meet you, what to wear, what to bring, and our on day the day requirements. We’re only a phone call or email away should you wish to further discuss or fine-tune any aspect of your portrait sitting.

Prior to your shoot, we’ll also need to confirm who will be in attendance so we can ensure you’re matched with the perfect sized studio and photographer for your family dynamics.

On the Day

During the shoot, our goal is to make you feel at home, welcomed, and relaxed. Our team is highly experienced in working with people of all ages and backgrounds.

Your photography session will last up to an hour and can include as many family members as you like. We will take a variety of shots including individual portraits, couples, siblings, grandparents, and various combinations. Let us know which relationships are particularly important, so that we capture the full range of images you desire.

The Ordering Session

Here’s the exciting bit! We’ll showcase up to 40 of the best photographs on our projection system so that you can choose the images you love and want to take home.

We’ll show you different presentation options from our wide range of albums, box sets and frames – and help you to decide on your final product selection. The Presentation Session is the time to have the decision maker/s in the room. If you’re on your own feel free to bring a friend.

For ease of convenience, we also offer this service via Zoom.

A Studio for all Families

We’re parent and kid friendly!

We know how tricky it can be to bring the little ones – so have quiet areas and some toys to keep the kids occupied, along with private spaces for nursing.

Graduation Packages

We are conveniently located just a few doors away from Academic Dress Hire, who offer a complimentary extension on regalia hire to graduates purchasing a Timeless Images portrait package.

Beauty Makeover

For your beauty makeover we can make it an intimate shoot focused just on you; or you’re welcome to bring your close friends and loved ones for a day you’ll always remember.

Bring your pets!

We love including your furry companions in family photos. Please make sure you confirm with us prior to arrival if you are bringing along your furry family member to your shoot.

During your consultation, we will help you plan the location, styling, and vision for your session. We’ll also show you finished examples and framing considerations for the finished product. Once your photography session has been booked, we’ll email you a Welcome Kit with recommendations on how to prepare for your special day.
