Please take a moment to read the following terms and conditions:

All photographs, images, and artwork created by the studio remain the intellectual property and copyright of the studio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Your portrait session includes only the products or services specified on your gift certificate, voucher, or booking confirmation. Additional portraits and artwork are available for purchase separately.

Complimentary digital files are included with all purchased printed portraits. These files are provided only for the portraits you purchase and are resized for printing up to either 5×7 inches or 7×10 inches, depending on the purchased product. No additional digital files are included unless purchased separately.

If you have been issued a gift certificate with a monetary value, this may be used as credit towards your portrait session and artwork. Where a gift certificate specifies a particular package or inclusions, those inclusions constitute your entitlement.

Gift certificates and vouchers are non-transferable without prior written approval from the studio, are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or discount unless stated otherwise.

A maximum of one voucher or gift certificate may be redeemed per portrait session, per customer and their immediate family.

One ordering appointment is included. We kindly request that all decision-makers attend this appointment, as product selections and purchases are intended to be finalised during this consultation.

Health & Safety

Photography sessions involve some physical activity which is undertaken at your own risk. Risks in the studio include (but not limited too): Studio stands and lights, photography equipment, furniture and props, curtains and rails, electrical cords, glass frames and artwork. Please ensure all people present are careful not to trip or touch equipment, displays, or props. All children under the age of 14 must be supervised by a parent.

If photography is to take place on private property please seek permission and be aware of potential hazards.
